We have a moderate sized free car park, with lots of extra free parking within the Quadrant opposite and the Public Library next door. In the unlikely event you struggle for parking there may be on street parking, or parking available within the M&S or Sainsbury’s car parks next door too.

No, you don’t need to get on the floor at any point, but some of our training tries to get you stronger and more flexible. With consistency, it will be possible to achieve getting to or off the floor, in case you fell for example and find yourself on the floor against your will.
